Through these appointed representatives, the ZAPC is petitioning the South African government to grant amnesty to Zambian citizens who are currently undocumented and those who hold incorrect permits, but reside in the Republic of South Africa in order for them to correct irregularities characterizing their respective immigration documents.

As the situation is presently, there is a huge section of Zambians that are facing many immigration challenges that have been well documented and characterized in the Amnesty Petition Document.

The final document will now be presented to the Secretary-General of the ANC Mr Ace Magashule and also the Minister of Home Affairs Hon Pakishe Aaron Motsoaledi in August 2019.

I would like to thank all the Zambians that took time to come and deliberate the Amnesty Document.

It is our hope and prayer that the process of presenting the document will go smoothly.

Thank you all and God bless you.

Thank you
