My reason for changing banks a few years later was because “Bank A” was failing dismally at offering me innovation. ‘Bank B’ understood this about me, and made sure they communicated the innovation myself and certainly the majority of my peers wanted – quite simply, I was introduced to a better way of banking and have never regretted embracing the change.
