January is known as the month that likes having too much month at the end of the money, so for those supporting loved ones back home on top of that – this post is for you… Taking care of affairs back home is a truly noble and responsible thing to do and we’d like to talk to you a bit in this month’s edition, you work too hard for your money.
In a survey of foreign nationals ran by PASSOP a few years ago, 84% of the people interviewed reported having negative experiences when it came to sending money back home. We know that this struggle has become something most foreign nationals have to deal with on an ongoing basis and although this situation is worrying, it is very avoidable.
We look at a number of common issues and talk about the options that are now available to you. We promise you don’t want to miss this article but before you get stuck in, let us say the same thing we said to you back in June; trust your friends with friendship things, your family with family things and your bus service with bus service things.
You can read the full article in Issue 28 (January 2018) of ZASA Magazine to understand the context of this post, it is supplementary material.
